Arnold press x15
Quiet burpee x8
Overhead press x15
Plank toe taps 1 min
Single leg bridge x20/leg
Ball transfer x15
Quiet burpee x8
Weighted calf raise x50
Repeat if time

1. High knee-butt kicks-Spider-Man-lunges x2
2. Double under / Mac raises
3. Burpees / push ups
4. Thrusters / good mornings
5. Pile jumps / tricep push ups
6. Roll up / oblique roll up
