Supposed to rain so I guess Thurs is an indoor bootcamp. Here’s the plan:

After the warm up

HIIT 3 Rounds 20/10

  • 4 squat + flip jump
  • alternating reverse lunge with front kick
  • squat jacks
  • box jumps
  • wide leg heel clickers
  • pulse squat jumps

  • Rest and repeat

with DB — 60/15 x2 Rounds

  • squat – one foot on step; other foot up round 2
  • close grip push ups
  • alternating lunges
  • Bent over row
  • weighted crunch toes up
  • bench step up
  • bench press

Finisher:

  • Ladder Burpee/Squat Press (1-15, 2-14, 3-13 & so on to 15-1)

Abs: 30 sec each x2 Rounds (dep on time)

  • side plank L
  • side plank R
  • starfish
  • rev plank
  • rev plank alt leg lift
  • plank on elbows with optional leg lift
