I’m going to try a new format & see how it goes — after warm up, HIIT (7-20 min) then a DB or outdoor circuit, finisher(s) & abs. Monday is supposed to be nice so I might add an outdoor circuit.

HIIT: 3 Rounds 10 reps/15 reps /20 reps
Push ups — DB swings — windmill jump squats

DB circuit: 3 sets of 15x
Squat to OH
Chest Fly
Bent row
Sumo dead lift high pull
Weighted crunch
Lunges
OH tricep extension
Burpees
1:00 Plank

Finisher: 5 min Bear crawl suicides

Abs:
Wall ups x10
Side planks 30 sec/ea
Side crunch 15x/ea
Donkey Kongs x5
