Bootcamp! yay!

Circuit 1 45/15 2 Rounds (complete 1 round, go on to circuit 2; do circuit 2 twice and return to circuit 1 with heavier weight)

  • Barbell Squat
  • Barbell Static Lunge R
  • Barbell Static Lunge L
  • Barbell alternating step ups
  • Surrenders (w/ or w/o Barbell OH)

Circuit 2: 20 min HIIT (2 rounds)

  • 1:00 Jacks
  • 30 sec alternating side lunge
  • 30 sec squat
  • 1:00 jog in place
  • 30 sec burpees
  • 30 sec alt lunges
  • 1:00 jump rope
  • 30 sec mt climb
  • 30 sec skaters
  • 1:00 butt kicks
  • 30 sec alt rev lunge with forward kick
  • 30 sec squat
  • 1:00 jog in place
  • 30 sec alt side lunges
  • 30 sec push up

Rest 1-2 min and repeat

300 Abs

  • 30 crunches
  • 20 bicycle
  • 30 toe up
  • 20 rev crunches
  • ——————
  • 15 plank dips
  • 30 crunches
  • 15 plank dips
  • 40 russian twists
  • ——————-
  • 30 bicycle
  • 15 one leg v up
  • 20 rev crunch
  • 15 one leg v up
  • 10 leg lowers
