Tuesday: Captain America

Or as my husband pointed out since the name Captain America means next to nothing to me, Captain Intervals


I wish I had one of these




Here’s what we’re gonna do today: Intervals alternating Cardio (2 min/each) with Strength (1 min/each)


Warm up: 2 push ups, 2 squats, 2 jacks — add on 2 each round; aim for 30 but good at 15-20


Finisher: 3x rest 15 sec btwn circuits

Burpees (12)

Spiderman plank (10/side)

DB swings (20)
